The Ambassador at Large may even be specifically assigned a role to Advise and Assist the Martial Arts Organization in particular issues. He is entrusted to operate in several usually neighboring countries. He is the official representative of the World Organizer of Martial Arts as the World Ambassador of Martial Arts acting to assist and protect the martial arts community of the country and to facilitate friendship between the martial artists of the country to whom he or she is accredited.
Prof.Dr.Mohammad I. Tianero is an appointed Honorary Ambassador of Public Relations for the 4th Busan TAFISA World Sports for All Games which is held in Busan last September 26th to October 2nd,2008. The World Ambassador of Martial Arts issued to individual the Certificate of Title as " Ambassador" of martial arts as an official representatives of the World Organizer of Martial Arts and WOMA International Council for Higher Martial Arts Science Education USA Inc. normally acting to aasist and protect the Martial arts community of its country,and to facilitate friendships and humanity between the martial artists ,organizations and federations to whom he or she is accredited by the World Ambassador of Martial Arts as a representative.
